Team Spirit Winners - Great Escape 2012
Well done to our team from last weekends Great Escape Competition. Our team won the Team Spirit Award.
Well done. The Scouts planned the menu, bought the food and cooked for themselves all weekend as well as getting to the bases to face the 15 challenges.
999 Winners 2012
Well done to our team of Scouts who won the Lord Derby 999 at Bispham Hall in March.
They were presented with 7 bases ranging from pancake making to putting a patrol tent up. They came first overall out of 8 teams from the District.

Equinox Challenge 2012 - Delemere Forest
In February two teams of St Andrews' Scouts took part in the Equinox Challenge eveny in Delamere Forest in Cheshire.
They evaded teams of catchers to find markers worth points scatterd through the forest.
Our teams came 19th and 38th.

Winter Camp 2012 - Linnet Clough
The older Scouts enjoyed a chilly weekend away near Marple Bridge recently. Polar Bear badges were awarded due to minus 2 temperature on the Saturday Night. We had an enjoyable walk on the Sunday finding some patches of snow to jump in.
Pinewood Derby
2011
Congratulations to the Pinewood Derby Champions, Tolver and Mark.
All the Scouts made their cars to a specification and competed in our Grand Final in December.

Chariot Race 2011
Well done to our team who took part in this years Chariot Race at Bispham Hall on the weekend of October 7th. They survived the rain and running the Chariot Race obstacle course twice.
The team made it to the Sunday Final and raced again to come 15th overall. The scouts and leaders all enjoyed the weekend.
